This class focuses on the biomechanics needed for a strong Ayesha/handspring in all grips. Bullet proof your shoulders so progression in your arms only tricks is safe and effective.
Pre requisites - strong butterfly/extended butterfly.
Already able to Ayesha and handspring but would love to understand muscle ups, deadlifts and grip switches? No problem! Come along to this class and learn variations in grips, entries, exits, and really level up your arms only tricks.
